- This is an expert-level climb. Do not attempt without prior high-altitude trekking experience.
- Steep volcanic ash is highly abrasive - long trousers and covered arms are essential.
- Active lava fields at the summit are approached only under strict guide supervision.
- The descent is harder than the ascent. Trekking poles are not optional.
- Minimum age: 16. Guests with heart conditions or severe acrophobia should not attempt.

伦盖火山——在马赛语（Maa）中意为“神之山”——是非洲最非凡、最艰苦的攀登之一。它从东非大裂谷纳特龙湖畔陡然拔起，是世界上唯一活跃的钠碳酸盐火山，喷发出独特的黑色熔岩，接触空气和水汽后会变为白色。
攀登始终在夜间进行。山坡极其陡峭（可达 65°），地形松散而磨损严重，白天酷热中攀登确实危险。您在午夜至凌晨 1 点之间戴着头灯离开营地，踩着脚下松散崩落的火山灰和凝固的熔岩山脊，径直沿着这座山无情的侧翼向上。

Drive from Arusha through the Rift Valley to Lake Natron. Arrive at the tented camp on the lakeshore, rest through the afternoon heat, take a short walk to see the flamingo colonies, and receive your summit briefing. Early dinner and sleep by 20:00.

Midnight Summit Push → Descent
Wake at midnight for the 4-6 hour ascent straight up the 65° slope by headlamp. Watch the sunrise over the Rift Valley and Lake Natron, then begin the long descent back to camp. Rest and relax at the camp.
